2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 47 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 498A, 379, 314, 494, 504, 506 of the IPC.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.
4. Vide order dated 09.07.2025, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.
5. It has jointly been submitted that the mediation has become successful. The terms and conditions of the compromise
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86247 of 2024(10) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 entered into between the parties has been annexed with the mediation report dated 16.09.2025.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within ten weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No. 47 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
7. The petitioner and his wife (the complainant) shall file divorce petition under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within a period of two months from today. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
