====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the petitioner, along with other co-accused, involved in loot of the motorcycle. Apart from this, the petitioner has been made accused in one another case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that one of the co-accused has already been granted bail vide order dated 20.01.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 86854 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard both the parties and in view of the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
