JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-06-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects, as pointed out by office, within three weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners in the present case are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 504, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had indulged in a scuffle with the informant and had given hand and fists blow to the informant and similarly situated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.840 of 2020(5) dt.25-06-2020 2/3 co-accused have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by learned coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 84601/2019 and 84801/2019.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case wherein it is submitted that petitioners had indulged in a scuffle with the informant and had given hand and fists blow and similarly situated co-accused have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by learned coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 84601/2019 and 84801/2019, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 be released on bail on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- I, Danapur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e. (i) a condition that the person shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
(ii) a condition that the person shall not, directly or

(iii) a condition that the person shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. This application stands allowed.
