Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent-State.

The petitioners claim to have participated in the process of selection for Group-D Service under Advertisement dated 07.12.2016. They have sought quashing of memo No.33 dated 29.06.2019 on a vague assertion that the panel has been prepared without considering circular dated 29.06.2011. 3.
There is no material in the writ petition as to what aspect of the circular dated 29.06.2011 has been not considered or violated. It is apparent from the pleadings that merely

No case is made out for interference with the selection.

Writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
