The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 307, 341, 342, 323, 379, 384, 386, 120B, 324, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that while the informant was returning from a Math in the evening, the accused persons surrounded him and assaulted him due to which he sustained injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation is that the petitioner has used the butt of the pistol for the purpose of assault. If the petitioner had

The act of the petitioner itself indicates that the petitioner had no intention to commit the murder. The injury report is said to have been issued after a period of 28 days by a private doctor. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R./complaint case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
