The short submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner's counsel is that his representation which has been made before the Regional Deputy Director, Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur(Respondent no.5), which is annexed as Annexure-2 to writ petition, be disposed off. The representation has been made for certain benefits on account of Assured Career Progression Scheme (for brevity 'A.C.P.') and other monetary benefits.
