2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023 (P.T.N. (NDPS) No. 336 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 30 kg Ganja and some other articles were recovered.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 19.8.2023 and he has clean antecedents.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85635 of 2023(5) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Session Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023 (P.T.N. (NDPS) No. 336 of 2023).

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Begusarai Muffasil Police Station on every Sunday of the month.
