2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the cause title of the petitioner with regard to village of the petitioner. Permission is granted.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 dated 15.01.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and his son by means of lathi and iron rod.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that informant is the full brother of the petitioner and due to land dispute, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. It is next submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties. It is also submitted that both the sides sustained injury. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Nilam Devi has been granted bail vide order dated 17.12.2024 passed by this court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61258 of 2024. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2024 having no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Daudnagar,
