2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 171/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2)/ 111(2) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted ornaments from the Tanshiq showroom worth Rs. 10,09,59,000/- and cash about Rs. 32,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating articles has been recovered from his possession. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused, namely, Gaurav Kumar, Nitin Kumar and Amit Kumar. Learned counsel further
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83366 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that name of the petitioner has come during investigation.
6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
