2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3052 of 2025 to its original file.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 07.08.2025, two weeks' time was granted to learned counsel for the appellant to issue notice to Respondent No. 2 and the said appeal stood dismissed for non-compliance of the said order on 20.08.2025 as due to the death of brother-in-law of the Advocate's Clerk, he went out of Patna and the requisites for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83824 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 notices could not be filed within time.

4. Learned APP for the State raised no objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
