2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol has been recovered from one Rambabu Kumar @ Rambabu Chaudhary and one cartridge has been recovered from one Akhilesh Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3184 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 342 of 2023.
