2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they have demanded dowry to the informant and due to non-fulfillment of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.293 of 2024(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/3 of the same they have assaulted the informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner no.1 is father in law, petitioner no.2 is mother-inlaw, petitioner no.3 is married sister-in-law, petitioner no.4 is brother-in-law and the petitioner no.4 is wife of the petitioner no.4 (devrani) of the informant. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioners are also involved in the present case.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of offence, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is
