2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 151/2023 lodged on 11.09.2023 under Sections 356, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against two named accused persons against whom there is an allegation of snatching gold chain from the neck of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners are in custody since 12.09.2023 and one more

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1896 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 criminal case is pending against the petitioners in which they are on bail. The chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. The sections under which the FIR has been lodged are triable by a Magistrate.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners were apprehended by the people while they were trying to flee away after snatching a gold chain from the neck of the informant.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, but three months after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bhagalpur, in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 151/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
