The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 3286 of 2019. By the aforesaid order, the petitioners were directed to be enlarged on bail in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79536 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order.
However for the reasons which have been explained in the petition, the petitioners could not surrender within the period mentioned in the order dated 01.10.2019. The order dated 01.10.2019 is modified to the extent that in case the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, they will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 01.10.2019. with the same terms and conditions.
The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.
The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
