1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 750 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 327, 307, 323, 324, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the victim by sharp edged weapon which has caused lacerated wounds.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury does not support the prosecution case. The petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 750 of 2023.
