1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners have filed the instant application for quashing the FIR of Mithanpura P.S Case no. 138 of 2015 registered on 16.6.2015 under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application to raise all the points raised in the instant application as also available to the petitioners otherwise at an appropriate stage.
