2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naugachhiya Rail P.S. Case No. 20 of 2022 registered on 25.06.2022 lodged under Sections 392, 395, 412, 120B and 201 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four unknown accused persons against whom there is an allegation that they have committed train dacoity.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner has surrendered voluntarily after knowing that his name has come in this case. Counsel further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and further petitioner was not put on T.I.P. He further

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that four accused persons have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court which is mentioned in Paragraph-13 of this petition and seven persons were granted bail by the Sessions Judge, Khagaria itself.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Rail Magistrate, Naugachhiya in connection with Naugachhiya Rail P.S. Case No. 20 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
