The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No.156 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner was apprehended in a case for recovery of arms but later on, the petitioner was also been remanded in the case but petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner is in jail for about 11 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid that the petitioner was remanded in this case on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused but the petitioner was not put on Test Identification
