2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners seduced daughter-in-law of the informant and took her with them. While accompanying the accused persons, victim took away ornaments from the house.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that allegation of abduction is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3211 of 2024(4) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 Victim is mother of four children. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the victim is still traceless.
