2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468 , 471 , 420 and 120 ( b ) of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is alleged that petitioner got appointment on the post of Urdu teacher on the basis of forged and fake documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R., has been lodged after delay of 14 years of her appointment. He further submits that after thorough verification of all certificates by the concerned department, petitioner was appointed on the post of Urdu teacher. Later on , without proper enquiry or

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.385 of 2025(3) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 giving any notice to the petitioner, all the documents furnished by the petitioner have been declared forged and fabricated. It is further submitted that the service of the petitioner has been terminated only on the basis of the instant F.I.R., which has been challenged in this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 71864 of 2024 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that service of the petitioner has already been terminated and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Motihari West Champaran in connection with Banjaria P.S. case No. 218 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
