Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No.89 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 307, 302, 504, 34 of IPC.

As per the FIR, some unknown persons fired upon the informant's father due to which he sustained injury and then died.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. It is submitted by the learned counsel that this petitioner is not named in the FIR rather an apprehended person disclosed the name of this petitioner. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.
