1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under:

Patna High Court CWJC No.21266 of 2018(3) dt.21-02-2023 2/3 " (A) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for commanding the respondents especially officials of the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna to take final decision in the matter of respondent No-14 namely Rajesh Ranjan Kumar @ Rajesh Ranjan in view of inquiry report contained in letter No- 65 dated 18-02-2017 submitted by Block Development Officer, Chauradano.

(B) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent Bihar School Examination Board, Patna to cancel the certificate of respondent No-14 namely Rajesh Ranjan Kumar @ Rajesh Ranjan of the year 2000 having date of birth 10-141-84, bearing Roll Code-05529 & Roll No- 0279 and also in view of inquiry report contained in letter No65 dated 18-02-2017 submitted by Block Development Officer, Chauradano, as the same is obtained by suppression the material fact.

(C) For any other relief and reliefs for which petitioners are entitled in the opinion of this Hon'ble High Court."

2. The questions are disputed questions of act which cannot be examined in writ jurisdiction and accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
