2. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19324 of 2025(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from Public Road/land bearing Khara no. 1239, Khesra No.

3810 and Khata No. 21, Khesra No. 3811 which has been encroached by the private respondents and due to said encroachment on the northern side of petitioner land, the movement of vehicles has been closed and petitioner along with other villagers are facing lots of trouble."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching the Circle Officer, Areraj, East Champaran under the Encroachment Act for the redressal of her grievance.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if a proper petition is filed, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion after noticing/hearing the relevant parties.

5. In that background, allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned authority, the writ petition is disposed of.
