Petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.209 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 356/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant is a Munsi posted at Balu Ghat. He was working for the Contractor who had been allotted the work of sand business at Pratpur Balu Ghat. The allegation is that while he was on duty, these two petitioners reached there with country made pistol and iron rods. There were seven to eight unknown persons alongwith these petitioners. The petitioners were demanding a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4541 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 'Rangdari' of Rs.5 lacs from the Contractor of the informant, they assaulted the informant on his head, back and waist. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
In case the petitioners surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit on the basis of the materials available on record without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
