2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioners for the offences alleged under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2) and 109 of B.NS., registered in connection with Nemdarganj P.S.Case No.262 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, due to previous land dispute, the petitioners and other accused persons badly assaulted Madan Yadav, who suffered injuries in his head and limbs and became unconscious. He was referred to the PMCH.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. Admittedly, there is land dispute and the petitioners are in custody for near about seven months.

5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the accused persons badly assaulted the injured Madan Yadav and several injuries were found on his person and he was treated upto the PMCH.

Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody which is near about seven months, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nemdarganj P.S.Case No. 262 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available on each and every date fixed at the trial till framing of charge.
