Case No. 274/2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIIIcum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Patna.

2. It appears from the perusal of record that none appeared on behalf of appellant on last two consecutive dates

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5680 of 2019(10) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 i.e. on 04.10.2023 and 24.11.2023 when the matter was taken on board for hearing.

3. Today also no one appeared on behalf of appellant on repeated calls.

4. It appears that the appellant, who was the informant loosed interest in prosecution and, therefore, the present Cr. Appeal is dismissed in want of prosecution.
