JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38438 of 2023 whereby bail of the petitioner was granted on the condition that he will pay a sum of Rs. 4,30,000/- within two months.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not arrange the aforesaid amount in the prescribed period due to financial problems. He further submits that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 2,30,000/- within 30 days and rest amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- within the next four months.

3. Considering the facts aforesaid, this modification application is allowed and the petitioner is directed to pay Rs. Rs. 2,30,000/- within one month and rest amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- within the three months.

4. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.10.2023 is extended by nine months.
