2. This application is filed for modification of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73801 of 2024.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73801 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to inadvertently, the name of the learned court concerned has wrongly been typed as "learned Additional Session Judge-10, Saran, Chhapra" in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chhapra" and due to which, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88503 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 Court below within the stipulated time.
4. In view of the above, let the name of the learned court concerned be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chhapra" in place of "learned Additional Session Judge-10, Saran, Chhapra" in para 6 of the aforesaid order-sheet dated 23.10.2024.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bond of the petitioner.
6. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the appellant, as ordered on 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73801 of 2024 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73801 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Gautam/- U T
