JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-08-2019 Instead of entering into the factual matrix, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file specific reply to the deficiencies pointed out by the Bihar School Examination Board vide letter as contained in Memo no.2000 dated 24/11/2018.

The petitioner may file specific reply to the 9 deficiencies pointed out in the letter dated 24.11.2018 within a fortnight from today thereafter the Bihar School Examination

Patna High Court CWJC No.20368 of 2018(5) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 Board shall pass appropriate order considering the reply filed by the petitioner within a period of four 45 days from the date of submission of reply showing removal of deficiencies pointed out in the letter dated 24.11.2018.

It is made clear that the Bihar School Examination Board while taking decision shall not be prejudiced by the previous order rejecting the affiliation of the petitioner. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
