The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(i) and (iii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Liquor was recovered from the auto-rickshaw and submission is that the same was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge

No.80901 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 Excise Act, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No.480 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
