JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. For issuance of appropriate writ for commanding and directing the respondents to release the subsequent payment against the education loan amount under the Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme, taking into consideration that the petitioner has completed his final year but did not succeed in obtaining his certificate, in absence of subsequent payment of loan amount, as earlier provided by the respondents themselves and consequently, the petitioner is not eligible to participate in selection process anywhere, in absence of

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Education Finance Corporation Limited, Patna, i.e. the respondent no.2 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the respondent no.2, annexing all the relevant documents, within a period of two weeks from today, he shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
