JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner, relying upon the judgment of this Court dated 28.06.2017, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 1791 of 2008 (Birendra Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar and others), submits that the petitioner would be submitting a representation before the secretary, Public Healthy Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) for payment of arrears of salary for the period 01.06.2002 to 20.06.2014. He claims salary as work charge employee for the said period though he has been paid salary as daily wage employee.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21134 of 2018(2) dt.30-10-2018 2/2 Let the petitioner file his representation within a period of two weeks from today. In the event such representation is filed, respondent no.2 would be obliged to dispose of petitioner's representation in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks. Needless to say that if dues are found admissible to the petitioner, the same should be paid to him within a period of four weeks thereafter.
