2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 & 366(A)/34 of the IPC and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during course of investigation the victim was recovered and she has given her statement under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C. In her statement she has stated that she has gone with Ashish Kumar and she has not named this

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ghogha P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO)-cum- 7th Additional Sessions, Bhagalpur.
