2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Keoti Police Station Case No. 87 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 385, 379, 506, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case is that for a land dispute, the victim is said to have assaulted the petitioners causing injury on the head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 09.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is
