JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ben P.S. Case No.136 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2019. Allegedly, from his possession one stolen motorcycle was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the person, whose motorcycle was snatched, has so far not identified the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation and the petitioner's period of custody, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
