Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 809 of 2018 registered for the offences 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the first information report, the petitioner along with two persons assaulted the injured without any rhyme and reason.

In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U
