The matter has been listed under the heading "For Orders" under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, in the business transaction, the accused petitioner in spite of payment of Rs. 15,000,00/-, failed to return the cheque already issued to the petitioner by the complainant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of

The present case has been initiated on the basis of complaint case. There is lease agreement between the parties from before. Later on, civil dispute was raised between the petitioner and the complainant. For the said purpose, this mala file prosecution has been launched against the petitioner. The matter relates to the civil dispute. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 09-122019, is confirmed. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
