This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 16841 of 2013 which stood dismissed for nonprosecution on 14.02.2017. For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 16841 of 2013 is restored to its original file, subject to removal of defects as pointed out by the office.

Re. C.W.J.C. No. 16841 of 2018 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.05.2013 passed by Additional Munsif VIII, Siwan in Title Suit No. 56 of 1996.

The amendment petition filed by the defendants for amendment in the written statement under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been allowed.

The amendment has been allowed legally and there is no legal infirmity in the impugned order.
