The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No.174 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Naresh Rai, the son of the informant with farsa on his head. Case diary along with injury report was called for but the doctor did not give the opinion with regard to nature of injury as the patient did not produce the X-ray report or the C.T. Scan report. Petitioner is in jail since 04.10.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77545 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.174 of 2018.
