JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 18.7.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya whereby and whereunder the licence of the PDS dealership of the petitioner bearing licence no. 22 of 2016 has been cancelled. Having regard to the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate appeal before the Appellate Authority against the aforesaid order dated 18.7.2018 and in case, the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a just legal
