2. On getting information that criminals have assembled in a Bolero jeep for the purpose of commission of an occurrence, the aforesaid jeep was caught. One miscreants succeeded in his disappearance, while four were apprehended, namely, Pawan Yadav, Phulo Yadav (petitioner), Shankar Yadav and Jaykaran Kumar. From the possession of Pawan Yadav a country made loaded pistol and huge amount was recovered, while from the possession of Phulo Yadav a cartridge was recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the physical possession of Shankar Yadav and Jaykaran. After search of vehicle a loaded 315 bore rifle has been recovered.

3. From paragraph 3 of the petition it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 25.07.2019.

4. Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Phulo Roy @ Phulo Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Chausa (Fulaut O.P.) P.S. Case No.221 of 2019.
