Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ekangarsarai PS case no. 209 of 2021, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, as per the First Information report, is that the petitioner produced the BTET/ CTET Certificate before the authority at the time of appointment as a Teacher, which has been found forged and fabricated. 4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has not committed any offence, as alleged. He further submits that the petitioner, on the basis of certificate produced by her, has not

From perusal of records, it appears that the petitioner produced forged certificate for obtaining employment as a Teacher. Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.

This application is, accordingly, rejected.
