Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bahera P.S. Case No.326 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 384 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. The S.H.O. of Bahera police station alleged that a boy was knocked down in a road accident and the villagers blocked the road after putting the dead body on the road. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only villagers were peacefully protested the rash and negligent driving of the vehicle causing the death of a cyclist and petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case. No.3273 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 allegation made against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.326 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
