2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the FIR of Mufassil P.S. Case No.283 of 2022, dated 01.05.2022 of District- Gaya, which was lodged by the respondent no.2 under Sections 406, 409 and 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and others and as well as for quashing of the entire criminal proceeding in the learned Court below in this regard.
