2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition with prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, direction/ directions directing the respondents to protect the life and property of the petitioner, which has been at stake by private Respondent No. 4 in very illegal and erroneous manner by violating terms and condition of agreement done by him with the petitioner. And further to direct the Respondent No. 4 to register the land bearing Khesara No. 1562 in favour of the petitioner against the said land. Respondent No. 4 has already taken entire amount of land on 30.07.2005 from the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Circle Officer, Islampur, Nalanda for redressal of his grievance.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
