2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act .

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the husband of the informant having no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. They are the persons of clean antecedent and have falsely

Learned counsel has also submitted that the husband of the informant had also filed anticipatory bail petition, i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 86077 of 2023 in which notice has been issued to the informant for exploring the possibility of cordial restoration of nuptial relations.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka/successor Court, Banka in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
