2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner brutally assaulted mother of informant by means of iron rod as a result of which she died during course of treatment.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
