2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bangra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased for dowry.

4. During investigation, the allegation against the petitioner has been found to be true. From the post-mortem report also, it appears that the deceased has sustained injuries. The petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
