2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 81, 64 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner promised of solemnizing marriage with the victim but later he denied the promise even after establishing physical relationship with the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner and informant were in consensual relationship. Petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.09.2025. The petitioner

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of J.M.F.C. 1st Class, Bikaramganj /concerned Court below in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025.
