2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur ( Fullidumar) P.S.Case No. 479 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 8 of POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. It appears from the statement of victim that she has eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge POCSO, Banka in Amarpur ( Fullidumar) P.S.Case No.479 of 2023.
